Shipping Policy Our shipping department usually processes incoming orders within 2-24 hours of order placement, unless there is some sort of credit card or address verification problems that may take longer to resolve. Saturday and Sunday our shipping department is closed, however, if you must have an order processed during the weekend, please state clearly in portion of your order form labeled "shipping Instructions," and we will take the necessary steps to insure faster service. Our company ships from several locations sometimes causing orders to arrive in more that one package. Shipping prices vary depending on the item/s that you are purchasing. Some packages are required to be insured causing shipping charges to be more. The location from which the item is shipped and arrival destination also plays a role in determining the cost of your shipment. Each item has the shipping costs listed online, and will show when you place your order. The most common misunderstanding occurs when an order is placed for 'next day air' and is expected to arrive the very next day. When choosing a method of shipping, you must consider the fact that UPS only deliver during regular business days, unless you make a special request for Saturday pickup/delivery at the time you place the order.

Return Policy/Money Back Guarantee At Lighting Valley, inc we feel that you should always have the peace of mind knowing that when you purchase from us, you can return an item and receive a full refund or credit if not satisfied with the product within 30 days of shipment date. That means that if you purchased an item from us and it doesn't feel right to you, you can ship the item/s back to us (after requesting an RMA, Returned Merchandise Authorization number), and either get a refund back to the same method of payment used to purchase, or a store credit towards an exchange for another purchase. We want you to feel comfortable buying from us and know that we care for our customers!

Please note the following Money Back Guarantee Policy Information:

· Defective Items will be gladly exchanged with no Restocking Fee, and Shipping Charges will be credited towards shipment of new item!

· All returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, applicable to purchases as selected high end products may be subject to higher restocking fees. Please confirm at time of order! (Only 10% restocking fees for members, higher end products may be subject to higher restocking fees. Please confirm at time of order). This is due to our cost of processing the order, credit card transactions (charge, refund), packaging materials, product re-inspection, manpower etc.

· Shipping Charges are non-refundable! only defective product shipping charges may receive credit.

· Items must be in new, or as shipped, condition, with all packaging, literature, accessories, etc included when returned (in same condition as shipped). If not, we reserve the right to refuse issuing a refund, or charge a higher restocking fee than listed above. This is enforced in order cover for replacement losses.

· Cancellation fees (20%) may be applied to all orders

· RMA Number MUST BE CLEARLY DISPLAYED ON PACKAGING! If not clearly displayed, our warehouses will refuse the returned package! -Credits will be issued at roughly 30 days after receiving the returned product. The reason for this is to give Lighting, Inc sufficient time to inspect the returned product, process the paperwork, and issue credit to your account on completion of our procedure.
